What is Ale? and what makes it different?
Ale is different from the other types of beer from its fermentation method: warm fermentation method. The taste of ale is sweeter, caramel-like and fruitier.
If you are one for a sweet and fruity taste, Ale is the right kind of beer for you. However, if you don’t know if Ale is your kind of drink, or you can’t decide what kind of “ale” you want to try, below is a comparison for some of the popular ales:
